Takes place during lunch with no concurrent programming. It will be the gathering place for an expected 200 attendees.

- Includes 8' x 10' booth, 6' draped table and 2 chairs (Contact the hotel if you need power)
- Set-up begins at 9am CST on Exhibit Hall day and tear-down is immediately after Exhibit Hall ends
- Ship materials to: Sonesta Nashville Airport, 600 Marriott Dr, Nashville, TN 372147 clearly labeled with "For Your Attention: Exhibitor's name and event name" for proper routing
- Attendee list will be provided upon close of online registration (2 weeks before the event) and final list one week after event
